■ From salesman to office manager to region director to Business Unit manager, the Business Unit divided into the Channel Dept. ,the Key Account cheap straighteners. and the Purchasing Dept., the Channel Dept. managed 2 branches and 7 offices .■ Responsible for the department management, market analysis, marketing strategic and tactic, sales chi pink dazzle, selling expenses evaluation ,target-market selection, channel development and management ,brand strategy. By improving management and introduce new products, developed and implemented well the sale target., and the sale increased 80% than the same term . Helped to negotiate a¥18,000,000 tender with Qingdao television bureau as chief of the delegates. Initiated the other relevant products for agent besides selling Aucma chi hair straightener, making full use of the existing channel, increasing the sale and profit.■ In 2001, awarded the title of “Excellent Staff” for outstanding achievement by the Aucma Group.
