■ In Shanghai, I initiate a business with my friends. Making development plan. Building organization structure and managing business. In Skyra, managing the marketing Dept. , supply Dept. and HR . In 2007, the trade business makes profit is more than nike running shoes.■ Initiating Zhonglei New Material company, building R&D team, negotiating with nike trainers and making marketing strategy. And establishing the technology cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University ,American GE and German Bayer 's modified plastic product can be partly replaced by our product, applying two patents, VC invested ¥10,000,000 for it as the first investment in 2009,building a factory in Shanghai.

■ Investigated the Guangdong new market , target-market selection, making market tactic, finished the product position ,building the sale channel ,promoting the cheap nike shoes .■ Identify and exploit successfully two new fields for products uses, the most important, the two new series products occupied 30% for total sale of the company in four years.. ■ I had made 3 big innovations for sale channel in different periods, and initiated the new sale pattern according to the changing market, cooperating with the local competitor of the low-end product, as a result, it provided the important support for the sharp increasing of sale. Launched the product into new marketplace in order to replace existing competitor’s product ,in addition, the sharp increasing rate is 100% for annual sale.■ In 2006, awarded the title of “Marketing Exploiting Award” for outstanding achievement .
